This was our first significant snow of the winter. It was (and still is) a nasty one. Cold, snow and a howling wind that won”t quit. I confess I have yet to go outside. I took this from the warmth of my kitchen. I was fascinated by the snow on the screen on the right. The wind currently is blowing from the left to right as I look outside.

Brrrrrr….but what a beautiful perspective!
Lovely! I like the “stuck inside” feel that the bay window gives in this photo…
I hope there’s some kind of fire going on inside, love the look of snow but not the cold and wetness of it.
The snow here was so fine and the wind so strong that it was sifting through the edges of the panes on our storm door. That’s never happened before, and we’re lived here since 1981.
The sense of being inside looking out on the chilly scene is cozy in a way. Hope you continued to stay inside!
good idea, looking at winter from inside and have joy, but alas, one never can stay for ever on the same place. Neither you nor winter itself. Fine shot.
