We took a guided wildlife expedition tour. As it turned out, it was just myself, my husband and my son. It was really great. Our guide wanted us to see us moose which we did at the end when it was getting dark. All of a sudden there was huge male moose right before us. He was about 40-50 feet away. The guide immediately yelled “don’t run” which was my first instinct. My son asked if I got the picture. Not wanting to use a flash, I said no. Anyway it was pretty cool. But I digress.
While we were riding around our guide mentioned we were on Mormon Row. Since that is where the famous Moulton Barn is located, I asked if we could go there. Although it was evening (best light is in the morning when the sun lights up the mountains), I still managed to take some photos.
What a stunning Barn and holding pen!
Lovely shot! I like that you showed the corrals as well as the barn. Yours actually shows the barn better than some I have seen. Glad you got to stop by and get this awesome shot.
A framer indeed….this is just magnificent!
I am jealous…I went moose hunting while I was there and was never lucky enough to see one!
Absolutely fantastic image Deena, WOW!!
This is a unique perspective, with the focus more on the barn than on the distant mountains. Nice change up!
