We were on a friend’s boat with some other friends and our kids. The first mate started throwing bread into the water attracting a whole lot of seagulls.  She quickly stopped throwing the bread. As soon as the bread was gone, so were the seagulls! I was the only one happy as I just started taking pictures. For me it was great fun!

Seagulls never looked so great! I really like the composition of this photo… I know that when taking photos like this, you get what you can, but I think you did great! Once again it shows that you don’t need to “see” the whole picture to see it.

I really like not only the sharp bird, but the splashes. Great shot!

What I like about this is the contrast in textures: the soft deathers, the sleek water and the glassy crispness of the spray.

Wonderfully clarity and color! Just awesome the way you caught these two birds and that splash of water.
